    • After discussing my medical history for over 20 min, Dr. Lyons advised me that I was at high risk for developing hypothyroidism. I reminded him that we had just discussed my 13 yr history of Hashimoto's. He said, Yes, but you have never been treated for it. I reminded him that we had just discussed my treatment. He apologized and said he had reviewed my file at 4 am which did not explain why he hadn't heard anything said during our visit. Second change was no better. Will not go back.
