    • My son lost his sense of smell after a TBI. Dr Beier's PA told me it was unrelated. After further research I found that the loss of the sense of smell occurs as much 18% of the time in TBIs. Since my last discussion with the PA I have multiple calls into their office without a return call. I guess I need to find a new Dr that understands the problem and is polite enough to return the call.
