- Dr. Samuel and the office staff and very professional and compassionate. The nurse responds promptly to phone calls and refill requests. Dr. Samuel is delightful, very engaged during visits and thorough.

- She was very nice and explained everything to me in a manner that I could understand. I really like my doctor. She was very attentive.

- Nonchalant, insensitive, uncaring physician who focuses more on typing her clinic notes on the laptop than focusing on the patient and their issues. Very quick to move the patient out and very little time spent on patient assessment. It appeared she was disinterested in why I was there and how I got referred to rheumatology. She said, What you need is a good PCP. Wow. Like excuse me doc, I didn't refer myself to see you, my PCP did! Please reconsider your choice of rheumatologists.

- Dr. Samuel is young and inexperienced. She has no empathy or understanding of the level of pain and suffering her patients may be enduring. She doesn't seem interested in the patient, doesn't ask many questions, and seems to make decisions by rote. I inherited her when my previous doctor retired, but I quickly moved to a new practice......and thank god I did, since Dr. Samuel's lack of interest made her miss an important diagnosis that could have had serious consequences for me.
