Reviews from the web

  • Very Dissatisfied in TX – Aug 24, 2018 - healthgrades
    • We took our 2 year old to see Dr. Rainey a year ago and will never make another appointment with her. She has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. She did not acknowledge our son who greeted her very happily when she walked in the door and was very caustic during all interactions with our family during the entire examination. She lambasted me for not holding my son properly even though she never provided me with any directions on what I was supposed to do. She should retire... NOW!

    • Dr. Rainey’s clinical skills are exceptional. We went to her for a second opinion and are extremely glad we did. If you are looking for exceptional paediatric ophthal clinical care Dr. Rainey is your go to doc.

    • Saw her today and was a bit concerned because of some of her negative reviews. However she was great. She's not into any small talk but she was thorough, efficient and informative. For that 5 starts.

    • I had to see Dr. Rainey yesterday because my regular doctor wasn't there and I will never go back to see her. she Is rude, and not personable at all. she didn't listen to me and she didn't give me a thorough exam because she was in such a hurry to get out of there. when the appointment was over she just walked out of the room without even saying anything. also I waited on her for half an hour and when she finally came she was only in the room for maybe 10min, she didn't apologize for the wait.

    • We visited Dr. Rainey for my 1 year old daughter with a blocked tear duct. Dr. Rainey was kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Our appointment was at 1:30 and we were promptly given paperwork and then taken into the room around 1:50. We saw Dr. Rainey around 2:10- not bad for a specialist office. There were books and toys to play with that kept my daughter entertained. We would recommend her!
