  • After 3 sessions with Dr. Salais, he asked me what I'm looking for from counseling. I told him I want to know how to get over my depression. He said I already know why I'm depressed, I'm already doing things to keep my busy through the day, what do I expect out of him to help him any further. I said "You tell me. What's the purpose of counseling? People have told me to seek out counseling and he tells me in the third session he has nothing else to offer me and he had nothing from day 1
